Root Nexus 4 running paranoid android

What version are you running? The newest build is the April 16th release.

Did you dirty flash over a previous version of Paranoid Android or did you do a factory reset before flashing?

Can you load webpages on wifi? (sometimes you will have data, but just won't be able to connect to Google's servers)

It MIGHT be related to the delayed notification wifi fix implemented by PA in the newest builds. There are several things it could be. We need more information.

In order for your wifi to connect to the router it has a mac address, on your router do you have mac address filtering turned on?

I noticed that my phones wifi mac address had changed when I went from cm10.1 to PA.

I had the same problem until I checked that. As to why it changed I dont know I think cm10 does something different with wifi mac address as on a previous phone I would get different mac address every time I reinstalled cm.
 
i haven't been able to use any version newer than the 02/24/13 build. they all mute my mic and speaker during calls. i always flash over my existing version and clear cache/delvik but it never works.
 
I just root it and flashed it the newest version but the wifi will connect for a few min but then it won't get data afterwards
