Yes ,you have to flash the stock tot file to return to stock. This uses same process as jcase's root method less the last few step which push root files.

I know all about that, first thing I did was reset google wallet before I did a factory restore.Yea, that's normal. It means Google will not take any responsibilty if your account gets hacked after losing your device or using some other app which hacks your account/PIN number. This is possible on a rooted device.
You should probably read up on Google Wallet issues a little bit. It's been discussed in this forum before. IIRC, it's important to remember to reset your Wallet within the Google Wallet app's settings before performing a factory reset or clearing data on the Wallet app in Android Settings so that you don't permanently brick the secure element in your phone.
