Root No!!!!!!! 3.3.5

Hey guys,

Had to take my phone into sprint due to a problem with the charging plug and told the guys not to do any updates on my phone. So the phone could not be fixed and was being replaced. I told them not to do any type of updates on the phone when it arrives. Apparently, they didn't listen and they updated the new phone. Now i'm looking at a fully stock evo 4g with the new gingerbread update. Can anyone help me to get back to root? Really appreciate the help and response. Also, I only really want to root it again so that i can use the hotspot feature again.

There's like 3 different root methods for the newest update. It's a lot more in depth than prior methods.

yep use the guide that mikem0269 linked. yes the rooting is a little more involved but it is really not that hard. please feel free to ask any questions that you have .
