Nah. For me, its only blocked when I tether 3g not 4g

Jacksonville FL. Downtown area still no 4g for me. My gf has 4g on non rooted esteem. Wtf? ?I'm still on crappy 1x and its past three. J haven't even tethered anything to this phone yet.
