Help No Command

Hello! This is my first post here

When i try to open my tablet (Asus Nexus 7) it brings me to this screen with a dead android and a red exclamation mark.
I tried to do the Vol. UP + Power Button tehnique to reboot and it brings me back to that screen agin

Can someone please help me?

That's the stock Android recovery. Try tapping volume up a few times and it should go all the way to recovery. Then use the volume button to navigate selections. Choose reboot system and tap the power button to select. Or go to bootloader by rebooting and hold volume down instead of vol up.

1.Power off your tablet
2. Press power & volume ( - ) together until you feel a vibration
3. You will be taken to recovery,from there press reboot option
