[TEST] Bravo_Gingerbread_hTC_Asia_WWE_3.06.707.0 - xda-developers
Not even getting sense 2.1 by the looks of it. Thankfully I have rooted so will enjoy the desire S Rom with sense 2.1![]()

who cares... there are so many other launchers/uis out there to use..

Playing wit the sensation, the new sense that has is pretty sweet tbh. Its hugely better than the desire sense (which i dont like anymore).
The new sense has some cool 'wow' features like the new lockscreen, spinning homescreens etc.

Sense is still the best launcher IMO - it's widgets aren't matched by anything else. Shame it slows things down a fair bit

Sense for me will never be about the launcher honestly, I just like the little stuff here and there. Leedroid's new stripped sense is actually pretty slick, because it removes the behemoth that is the launcher but keeps all the nice little stuff. Best of both world's for me, because it speeds things up while keeping the sense-related stuff I actually want.
I'm not surprised we won't get 3.0 though in all honesty, we're not exactly cutting-edge anymore. Although I'm sure like others have mentioned, if we want it, there will be a ROM somewhere that has it.
Not going to lie I really do like the new lockscreen though.. It's sexy.
I miss the Sense widgets and the Facebook/twitter integration, but I still prefer other launchers purely because the HTC sense dock is completely useless.
I text more than I call people so I don't need a huge "phone" button taking up most of the dock; I need access to the things I actually use.
With Go Launcher EX I have phone/SMS/apps/gmail/browser on my dock, much more useful. If HTC added a more useful dock I would go back to sense in a heartbeat.
If you could customise the dock on the fly like you can with 3rd party launchers I'd be much happier staying with Sense - well as long as it was as quick as other launchers with widgets like LP.
