I would like to remove icons and try out just having the words to lauch things from my Dock, ive seen Screenshots of this, but now having problems finding it, so how do i do this?

i get mine from here although you can get them a lot of other places as well

just download these and once they are finished sometimes you have to move the icon set file from downloads to Dcim so it will show up in your gallery,,,,just easily do this from your file manager if need be,,,,if you are using lpp you can just longpress the icon in the dock you want to change and select custom icon and it will bring you to your gallery to select which icon you want ,if using adw then you have to create a new shortcut and once you create it just drag and drop it right over the one you would like to replace in your dock

hmmmm anyone else running ADW, is there a way to make a folder and edit it? I want to change the icon

Check out Folder Organizer. You can create folders with any icon or little containers for your apps.
