peolple lets be real we never will be abble to upgrade to ics on lg esteem playfulgod make great rom but i think in ics he wont be abble to finish with a stable rom

Not with that attitude ye of little faith.. instead of discouraging it how bout try to do something to help..

It IS not a small task. You have options-switch carriers/phones/ect.:D
 
This man spends his free time trying to build this for us. In between family, work, kids, wife, hobbies, life etc... I don't care what doubts anyone has, being negative and pessimistic will only hinder progress.

So do us a favor and keep it to yourself. Or you can do something to help the process and better the chances of us getting it.

Last time i checked, metro pcs was contact free. You can leave anytime you want. It's not like our dev section sucks and we have nothing to play with until it releases. Even if it doesn't we still have amazing things that people have spent countless hours building including myself. So What good does it do to complain?

Everyone wants to take take take take but they don't want to give for once and help the cause and then complain because we don't have it or he isn't working fast enough. Honestly that's just rude and i think you owe PG an apology at the bare minimum.


Let's try to stay positive and help where we can. Being negative does NOTHING!

Seriously?? Dude just stop complaining, If it's that bad just switch carriers. The esteem community should do nothing but support and encourage our developers and their endeavors. You or anyone else has no right to complain when everything everyone here brings to the table is free. For future reference bashing efforts of those who are well known for their work on multiple platforms gets you nowhere quick on these forums.

well just keep in mind with his work being in progress the ics also moved up on source code so now he must complete 2 for one and rushing him isnt the way to go maybe ask if you can help or do like the other esteem community is doing sit back and wait til he is done :smokingsomb:go smoke some hay in the barn:p
 
To the OP, thats why i dont post nothing until im done with things cause of statements like that. :mad:
 
I'm patiently holding on! Gave my Esteem to my wife cuz work gave me a phone. Older Droid X. Flashed CM9 last night and it's awesome! Can't wait to see how it runs on the Esteem, and I appreciate all of the hard work everyone is putting into it!

I love how people sit and hang around just to see when something gets droped or fish for eta just to get what there wanting ye of little post...i say that if you don't have atleast 150 plus post or if you have not donated you should not have rights to download.. just to deter the hit and runners.. it's a small contribution to the forum and will show some thanks to the dev's and themer's

You know that pre-alpha on the thread?
Well that's ics on your esteem right there. May be extremely laggy with not much working, but it's ics nonetheless.
Please don't be so rude and take into consideration how much time PlayfulGod spends on us-even though he's not getting paid for this stuff (well, donations, but he deserves those ;))
 
and so since this thread is already going downhill, pg how bout you just go ahead and give us an eta so everyone quits asking hehe :p
