Help No Keyboard on GB

I updated to GB Monday and just now tried to type something, I have no keyboard in Google, AK Notepad, Market or any other sign in screen.

I've tried long pressing but nothing happens.
I went to Menu, settings, Language&Keyboard but keyboard settings is grayed out.
Swype is still there in settings but no keyboard there either.
Swype uninstall does not work, it won't uninstall.

Nothing I can find brings up a keyboard

Any help appreciated

Pulling battery brought back Swype but I can't get back the HTC sense keyboard.
 
Over an hour spent with Verizon tier two tech resulted in doing a complete factory reset. That finally cured the problem.

A strange thing happened though. Before the reset I moved all my downloaded apps to the SD card and removed it before the reset. After the reset I put the SD card back and found it was empty! This I don't understand.

Since there is no way I know of to read the contents of the SD card itself there is no way of knowing if the apps really are moved.
 
Plug your phone into your computer and select mass storage (I think that is what it's called). A drugstore will pop up where you can view the folders on the sd card. I haven't hooked mine up, so I don't know if Windows will give you two windows or not, but select the second to view your files. Just close the first.
