Help No Lock + Green Power = Problem

Anyone else using both of these apps together successfully? It seems that GP is turning of the 4G connection when the screen is off but upon waking the phone it does not turn the 4G back on. I'm guessing that GP uses the unlocking of the phone as a trigger to turn data back on and NL is bypassing that.

Had the same issue with green power not recognizing the unlock. I just disabled the connect at unlock and have data connect at screen on.

Kinda sucks you can't check the time without enabling the data connection, but that seems the only fix at the moment.

The sense based unlockers didn't seem to have the issue, but it was hit or miss depending on how modified it was.

I will say juice defender plus was even worse in that regard. Way too aggressive..

I installed Juice Defender after installing the OTA update and doing a factory reset and it seems to work a lot better with No Lock than Green Power. As soon as I turn on the screen the 4G connects and all is good.

It doesn't manage wifi, I think you need Juice Defender Plus for that. Not that big of deal. Most of the time I'm on wifi is at home where I have access to a charger anyway.

Glad you found a solution. Personally, I'd go for the manage WiFi functionality. It's really nice to just leave the phone on all weekend and not have to worry much about recharging and replacing batteries. There's two different paid versions of JD ($2 or $5) so maybe this feature isn't worth $5 to you, but there's also a free sometimes buggy beta if you want mess with it some.

I haven't played with No Lock type programs, but I might get around to it someday.
