Udiel, you need to be more specific about what you did. You said you flashed a PAC switcher,and a PAC restore but from what you told me I think you're no longer switched but your current ROM is not booting all the way.So please do this, and this only... 1-turn off phone 2-Turn on phone and do NOT do anything else 3-post about what happens after doing steps 1 and 2
