Root No messages

For some reason I am not getting any text messages since about a week ago. People receive mine, but I get no message when they send me any. VM customer service tried to reset my phone., but the key pad is different. I stopped with that and didn't go any further with them. Do you guys have any suggestions. One thing to I tried sending one to myself, that worked.

With any suspect software issue, make a nandroid backup and flash fresh. At least for an hour. That should be enough for you to tell if it's the ROM

Well I can't do it now, dropped it at work onto the concrete floor in the warehouse. Now I will be looking for a replacement triumph.
