Issue: Last month played with phone, installed cwm 2.5.1.8, and icarus 1.1. Worked for a few weeks, then saw this 2.2.1 toe update. Worked like a charm till today. Was using phone then went to send a file via mms, and got uim error. When got home, looked around on internet and was reading about cm7. Updated cwm to 3.0.0.5 via rom manager, and installed cm7, like you would for any other mod. wipe/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe davrik cache, format boot/data/system/cache, install the zip, setup sd card, setup phone/apn. After installing cm7, tried to setup apn, and noticed that some settings differed from 2.2.1. Ex... there was a username of @aaaf.mypetropcs.com instead of being blank, mnc was 027 instead of 016, apn type was * instead of default,supl,mms .... also when I update and save the info to what it should be, the apn disappears from the list. And is still stuck on No UIM card. Any ideas on getting this phone back to working order? I honestly don't care if it goes back to stock rom or a different rom, as long as it works. Thanx in advance.
