Help No notification sounds

so, does anyone have the problem where if they use an sms notification tone different from the stocker (aka using one from Zedge) that it'll only work for like 5 minutes, then go silent?

Its a common occurrence, battery pull usually does the trick, or removing the SD card and reinserting it helps too.

so, pretty common...like will this happen all the damn time?

Mine use to do that all the time. I just rebooted the phone and it worked perfectly again.

When I first got mine it did it a few time the first couple weeks been about 3 months and hasn’t happened since.

i have it happen every once in a while now. not nearly as often as it used to.
