You've got an extra folder under Stock_backup - the downloaded files need to be in the Stock_backup folder, but you currently have them in the extra "2014-06-13--11-03-03 KOT49H release-keys" folder.
Move them so they are in the Stock_backup folder, delete the "2014-06-13--11-03-03 KOT49H release-keys" folder, try again in TWRP.

Which backup link did you use for the download?

You downloaded from the second link, which was a direct download of a file called - SH43VWM11082.rar - is that correct?

I downloaded that yesterday when checking the links. You do not have all the files you need from that download.

You should have all of these:

But from your third screenshot image you are missing the system.ext4.win001 files. Either download was bad, or you didn't copy all the files over. You need them all.

pffft..this really sucks..i was able to restore..i restored..now it's stuck again on htc logo... ! :/
Where to get all these files ?

Also, this download doesn't have a data backup, so before doing the Restore in TWRP you will need to wipe Data. In fact before doing the restore, you should do a full wipe first. In TWRP, press Wipe, then Advanced Wipe, select Dalvik Cache, System, Cache, Data - DO NOT select anything else. Then swipe to wipe.

Then back to Restore menu, to do the restore - but only if you have all the files needed as per my post above.

That's from the second of the

1.54.401.5 - TWRP

links in the xda post, goes direct to the .rar file.

If that's not working out, you're back to trying older Venom roms or the RUU zip. Meantime you can at least restore the backup you did yesterday, and charge your battery if it needs it.

no image, just list the files in the zip from the mega link - you need at the very least all the files in my screenshot in post #133

That's just not possible, the mega download contains these:

I don't use winrar, so is there a setting in it that is hiding these file types? I don't see why if both downloads complete 100% you end up with files that are missing when you extract them from the zip file - I just don't see how that's possible. No different from downloading the Venom rom zip and you didn't seem to have anything missing from that as phone booted up ok. Something wrong at your end somewhere - what I have no idea
