Is there a way to get it back like on Note 2? It was so convenient especially in emails.

They actually created something I feel is even better. Pull out s-pen, when the action menu comes up, click on the one that says "pen window".
Draw a rectangle or square (for the size of the window you want open), then you'll have a choice (calculator, clock, youtube, phone, contacts, hangouts, internet). In your particular case, you'll be choosing internet.
You can do this with the multi-window, which means multi-tasking with 3 apps at the same time. I use multi-window more often than pen window, but in those few instances that I'm browsing for competitive pricing on a product, texting the info to someone, and also trying to get the calculations on total pricing, including tax...etc., to see if I'd have savings...yeah, works great for that rare instance.
Yay!
Thanks for getting me looking!ok I tried this out in my email and I guess I am not "Gettin it" I see how it shrinks the browser, but when I am in an email and I have a link someone sends me there is no way to just get a little pop up in front of my email so I don't have to leave my email and go to the main browser. I don't know if this makes sense to you.
Same here. What carrier Note 3 version are you using dustwun77?You are lucky Dustwun77 I still don't have that option. bummer.
OK, so I get what you're saying, but if that is what you were trying to accomplish, why not use multi-window?
With Multi-window, you could have your email up and browser side-by-side or top and bottom.
