No Recovery

hello, i accidentally flashed the wrong CWM on my phone and it deleted my recovery option, it starts to load into recovery and then suddenly restarts and has wiped everything on the phone. I have acquired the stock recovery .img but do not know how to flash it.... all help is appreciated. I am running Froyo 2.2.2 on the LG Genesis us760, if it helps at all

flash the stock recovery from pc with sdk tools.download and setup adb/sdk tools (search google or xda forums,instructions will be there),copy your stock recovery image in the sdk folder,open command prompt,go to the folder where you will be running your commands from,then use this commands

adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

you should then be back to you stock recovery

you can download the mini sdk from here:http://androidforums.com/faqs/443072-adb-guide-updated-12-05-2011-a.html

once you do that move the recovery.img to the folder and then you will need to open a command window (windows 7/8, rpress and hold shift+right click and select open command window here) then enter the command that deathfreak posted.

when i run adb reboot bootloader it says device not found but i know it is, what do i do?

Is USB debugging enabled under settings?

nevermind i realized i didnt set up andriod sdk right

You could use Power + volume down to get to the boot-loader/old recovery. Then use fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
