Root No service after VM fix

Im rooted, so i called sprint to get my visual voice mail working again then they did something on there behalf and now i have wifi but no sprint service or calls am i in trouble or what it just stopped working?

Have you tried wiping Cache and Dalvic?

What ROM are you using?

have you already tried powering down and pulling the battery?

I think I would just call sprint and tell them what happened.

If you want to try something though, It looked to me like when i did the steps in this link

the last step, restoring data, that it reset the phone.

I don't think it would hurt, especially if you didn't do any of the parameter changing.

You can get your msl with an app called msl reader in the market.

I am thinking i would try that if i was you, and you don't want to just call sprint again and tell them what happened.

did you do a nandroid i woukd try restoring your back up that was created when the phone and VM were working. Then if that corrects everything redownload the rom and reflash it. I have used this and the sprint VM app was there and working for me.
