Root No tether after update...

I updated to e, and now when I try to tether using the default app, the device connects to my phone, but not the internet, please help me, this is my only form of interent....

I did the upgrade n still wrks.
Check if root still, n use wifi tehter. On profile use generic ics/jb wLAN 0
Edit: make sure is the apk with yellow icon

I tried that one, didn't change the settings though, and it still didn't work. Yes I re-rooted after I updated. I just want my default tethering app to work again.

Any specific reason? D seemed pretty stable to me, and just to clarify, when I downgrade, it keeps everything on my phone right? Not wiping it or anything?

Can you link the D firmware too, if I decide to go with it instead of C.
 
Ver C is imoa the best all the way around. And you gotta do the 2nd init restore and you should be happy. The system backup that comes with the phone helps also.

Sorry to heard that. Try changing setting.. If that does not wrk... I do not knw what when wrong. Sorry

C is stabler than D.
Yes it keeps everything. Just follow the unbrick guide and you can flash C.
 
Ok, so I'm using the tether app posted above with the recommended settings and it IS working. I don't know what the issue with the default one is, but this is my temporary fix for now. Easier than going through the hassle of downgrading haha

r u running stock or custom Rm.. cus if u where running stck.. the upgrade wll auto kill data.. cuz that was one of the upgrds from PCS. (data,face n connectns..) i hav a player in da dugout.
