Help No Vibration?

When I put my Incredible on vibrate, it does not vibrate when I receive a text message. It only vibrates when someone is calling. Does anyone know what the deal is or how to change it?

Open messaging. Menu -> settings -> Notifications -> Vibrate (check)

Download sound manager from market set vibrate to on. then u can uninstall. worked for me.

That will do the trick. Worked wonders for me and everybody else that I've told this trick to.
