Help No Visual voice Mail

So as of two days ago my visual voice mail icon is no longer there, replaced by the words "Problem Loading". I also can find no trace of the app on my phone so I can re-load the icon etc. I tried leaving myself a voicemail message to see if VVM would pop up etc but nothing, no notification that I had a message at all.

The only thing that changed recently is I got an update message for VVM and I updated it. The problem then occurred a week later. It doesn't look like the app exists on my phone any more as when I go into my apps list it is not there. Anybody know where I can get the app?

This is on my Sprint Evo 4G which is stock and un-rooted.

That is odd.
Go here to download the apk for VVM:

Download it and transfer it to your sd card.
Once on your sd card, use a file manager to find it, then click on it to install.

You may have to go into menu/settings/applications and check the box for "Allow from Unknown Sources" (or something like that). so that you can install it

Maybe it just didn't like hanging around anymore. The grass was greener somewhere else

j/k...yeah, wierd how some things act but at least you got it back!!

Very strange. Same thing happened about 6 months ago with the Play Store app (of all things). Had to get it and re-install from a 3rd party. Weird.
