Root No Voicemail or Mms

I can't send mms texts and I can't hear my voicemail, why's that? Anyone know? Also when I try to send a mms, it says service not activated on network.

Have you tried rebooting?

Bring it into a store. No idea what to do. Are you even rooted?
Edit: I'm guessing you are. You running a ROM or stock?

Thus actually happened after I got my replacement phone, I just never sent a mms in awhile

Return it to stock, test MMS and voicemail.
If it still don't work, bring it to a metro store.

That has nothing to do with any of the roms here. Last person that happened to had to call or go to metro store to get sim card activated. That's what that person did to resolve issue.

Also if you flashed CM10, you have to switch your data back to default before going back to stock or any other rom.

Yea, I'm sure its not a ROM issue, but you have to change back to stock before turning it in
