Thanks to a couple posters who previously replied to a different thread, I was able to download the new GAPPS and get cyanogenmod7 up and running. I was on Warm 2.2 previously.

Things seem to be working fine now, except I don't have a voicmail icon and can't figure out how to check it. My missed calls are registering voicemails as text messages which tell me to call 408.970.000. But that number just confirms that I can receive voice-to-text. I still can't actually check my messages.

Any suggestions?
