tibu yes, apps3sd no, but do believe you can use Links2sd.
May have to be rooted too.

Can you use Titanium Backup with the stock OS? Yes. Can you uninstall the bloatware apps? No, you have to root your phone to do that.

I would like to, Im just afraid Ill screw something up and destroy my phone.
This phone is truly very hard to destroy. Read the threads and get comfortable with it. It is really easy if you can follow directions. Take your time when you do it. There are lots of people here who are willing to help you out.
