Help Not ringing while charging! Annoying!

OK, when I charge my phone at night, and people try to call, it does not go through, just goes straight to voicemail. I don't even get the voicemails until I unplug it in the morning. This doesn't happen 100% of the time, but it is alot (80%). I also do not get texts until morning.

So, it's very annoying waking up in the morning and all of a sudden getting 3 voicemails of people that are mad because they can never contact me at night.

PS. This also happens randomly sometimes even when not on charger.

Anyone else with this issue? Know of a solution?
