Accessories Not thrilled with Innocase

The Innocase flexes and creaks quite a bit on the Evo. It feels sloppy compared to the Hero version. When I pick the phone up, I can hear the case squeak against the phone and I can feel flex all the way around.

For the premium they're charging for this case, I expected more. :(

I had an innocase on my palm pre. It was nice but not worth the money. I actually ended up buying a black silicone case from Sprint for 15 bux because I wanted a case right away. I'm sure we'll be seeing lots of case options on eBay soon!

I am glad to hear I am not the only one that noticed that...but saddened that it's not very well polished.

They aren't the cheapest of cases either...

Mine is pretty good. I like the one I got at the Sprint store, but the seidio is slimmer and I might just keep the seidio because of that.

I have been having the same problem, especially when I am pressing the top button to turn the screen on and off, and i'm pretty disappointed. The innocase II for the Hero fit a lot better and I also feel the cut-outs were a bit cleaner. The cut-out for the headphone jack looks a bit loose and the case doesn't "fit like a glove" as well as the innocase II fits the Hero. Overall I'm still pretty satisfied with the case but just not nearly as much satisfied as when I got the innocase II for the Hero, this very well can be due to the fact that the Hero might be easier to make a case for.

I'm going to try this out to fix the looseness of the case (I'm really unhappy that I have to resort to modding the $29 case):

Contact Seidio, they'll take care of you. Customer service is great

Mine squeeks and gives a little also. But i think i can deal with it considering the case is very thin and the silicone cases dont protect as well.

Hello,

Thank you for your comments and please contact us with your order number if you haven't done so and we will be more than happy to see what we can do for you!

Regards,

best buy has a nice deal on a case, zagg, protector and charger. Their case is nice. I tried all of the ones at the sprint store and didn't like any. I think all of them are overpriced for relatively cheap pieces of plastic

My Innocase fits perfect. I put on the Seidio screen protector first and then the case. Mine fits like a glove. Sorry to hear of any problems for any other users.

with most people complaining about it i fell like i need to cancel the order i placed with seidio

No, no, no.

I don't see where "most" people are complaining. Google Innocase and you'll see most are satisfied, and usually have had them on each new phone they get. I think the only ones who go with something else is that they want a thick/rugged one like an otterbox or such.

Also, it's the Holster that really makes this a standout. When not in the holster, it doesn't have that unsightly knob sticking out that other clip-ons have

Regards,

Any idea when the white innocase II will be available? I got a burgundy one and it is excellent quality, but I don't like the color as much as I thought I would (was hoping it was just a bit more red/crimson.

Anyways....hoping a white one will be available soon?

Thanks

Regards,

I sent an e-mail to customer service. My ticket number is 5454161. I'm looking forward to your response. I'm hoping it's a bad case or a known issue because I do think you have the best solution on the market. The EVO case just does not fit as snug as the Hero case does, and it is distracting.

Mine fits really well, and I love the way the case feels. I have the slightest amount of movement in the corners, but the only notice if you actually pick it try and flex one of the corners... It is solid, is very thin, protects the phone, and most importantly makes it so the phone does not rest on the camera.

The whole right side of mine moves and squeaks as do the four corners. When I press on the back right side of the case, I see at least a 1mm gap between the case and the glass. Compared to my Hero Innocase, it's very sloppy.

Not true. I came from an iPhone with the Incase and those were very nicely constructed and fitted. Solid as a rock as if the case and the phone were one.

The Seidio/Pt does have a bit of play in all four corners, other than that, it's a very nice case.

I have 45-day return via best buy (silver member), so I will just use it until another case, or a "fixed" Seidio/Pt is released and just exchange it.

You sure?? there is a difference between incase and innocase

I thought i had an innocase for my touch but it was in fact an incase slider, and like youve said, was built very well, and looks better too, very classy and clean

I think I have the same problem, my case craking a bit when im typing. Also flexes a bit on the sides. I was thinking its normal due to the design of it.

My Pt from BB fit great when first installed it on the phone. I was sad to see others were having problems with a sloppy fit. My case must have stretched out a little or something because I now too have the loose corners that other have been reporting. Other then that the case is great. Very solid construction and the case has nice feel.

Incase makes cases mainly for Apple products (a few other products here and there). Very beautiful cases with a huge variety to choose from.

Seidio Innocase is produced for a wide variety of phones. I never really liked their design for the iPhone though.
