Help Note 3 Hard Brick!

I bought a Note 3 (SM-N900) last weekend and it has been working fine until last night. I was checking email, then turned off the screen to go do something, returned a few minutes later to continue checking email to find my phone had hard bricked! It won't even turn on! :(

I tried removing and reinserting the battery. Tried turning it on with out a SIM card installed but nothing. Maybe a faulty battery?

Anyone have similar issues? Somebody please help!
 
I don't know if Samsung devices still are able to do this, but try plugging the device into the computer with the battery out and then holding Vol down+home+power. It should boot into the bootloader if it's not hard bricked. Did you root or rom your phone at all?
 
I have not rooted the phone at all. Just tried what you suggested and nothing happened. Thanks for the suggestion though.
 
had same problem on Note 2 earlier this year. Was a fumbered motherboard. Got a shiney new phone to replace it.
 
I went to the mall where I got the phone and decided to try turning it on one more time before going to the store. Miraculously it turned on and worked like normal. Battery was at 59%. I got some food and hung around for and hour, even tried resetting the phone to make sure it was ok. Everything seemed fine so I went back home. I get home and it's off again not working. Now I'm going to go back to the store tomorrow to see what's wrong :( So frustrating, and the store is about a 45 min drive from where I live.

I guess it's probably a hardware issue.
