Note 3 keeps restarting

My note 3 has suddenly started turning off and back on through the day - its done it 3/4 times today already.

Any ideas folks?

4.4.2 went on a few weeks ago with a problem.

I know that it can be a pain doing a factory reset, but have you tried that yet?

Be advised it does wipe some stuff, so plan accordingly.

Seems to have sorted it but during the reinstallation of apps, not all of them reinstalled. In fact around 20 haven't. I thought google was supposed to back everything up?
