Help Note on creating threads

On the browser, you should see a dropdown menu to the left of the title field when making a new thread. You just need to pick the most appropriate one of the four prefixes from there and it will work; it says 'no prefix' by default but having one is required.

Once the app in the market is updated, it will be the same process with the prefix dropdown menu right below the title field.

Nope

The update should hit the market soon though apparently, according to Phases in the suggestion box and feedback thread where that problem was also pointed out.
