Obama Care Yet Again

So stock brokers deserve all that money?
Derivative traders?
The lowest paid jobs are often the shittiest jobs

you deserve what you can get
if you dont lie the low paying job, then look for another
educate yourself until you can get one
work up the ladder

you deserve what you can get
There are lots of professions where people make to much money

For example - I'm good at maths and problem solving - I could train hard to be an engineer, or going into the financial industry and making 10 times as much while having a negative effect on the economy

You can't regulate wages much - but you can have a progressive tax system
I can think of few who deserve to make

Yes, they do. If they do not break the law.

Having worked in manufacturing, I can tell you that someone putting a switch in place for soldering does not deserve to earn as much as the person that designed the product.

Want to ear more then apply yourself so you can earn a higher wage.

Completely agree

Just because something is not illegal does not mean it is acceptable or right Bob

but if you make you you can pay more taxes, spend more, and contribute more
you can give everything you dont want/need to the government/charity/ect

I have two uncle's working in the financial industry
There is no way I'm touching that shit, trading resources around in circles and hoarding them, re and re insuring things you've never even seeb
I assure you the wealth it destroys is nowhere near make up in taxes

So what is the right thing to do? You apparently agree but you apparently think it is wrong? Clarify, please. I'll set my brain to the highest Non-Sequetor Parsing setting.

When we hired people, we wanted people that were thrilled to be there and excited about the job, no matter how menial it is/was. As the worker learned more, he or she would often advance and make more money.

I agreed with the bit I quoted

Please tell me these aren't serious questions? Here in America we don't get to tell people what they "deserve". "Deserve" has nothing to do with it.
If a broker or trader earned their money legally there is nobody who gets to tell them they can't have what is theirs. We're kind of funny that way over here, we get it from our forefathers.
Of course there are those among us who have forgotten.

When criminal behavior is legalized, is that behavior no longer criminal?

You got it, there you go, and yes it does. If you do not like what some group does and you think it is or should be illegal, go to court and/or talk to your elected Representatives. This is how we change things here in the land of the free and the home of the brave.

See how simple it is?

I deleted posts because some were personal attacks and others quoted the attacks. Personal attacks violate the site rules and regulations. Stick to the issues and don't attack someone just because you bitterly disagree with him/her.

So when murder is legalized it is no longer murder or it is no longer criminal?

I don't like that congressmen are exempt for insider trading. How do I change that?
