What theme is this?

It's Nova Launcher with a 5x6 grid, icon size increased to 125%.

Used that screen generator in the OP, although it kept crashing Chrome. Very weird. Had to use Firefox to get it to work.

I don't do Chrome so I "borrowed" the OP's pic and used it as a source in photoshop to plant my own screenshot on.

If you use LMT launcher you don't have to flash anything. It's just an app. You do need to be rooted though. Pie is a feature of LMT.

If you don't want to use paranoid android, LMT launcher works fine. I use it with CyanogenMod 10.1.

Very nice. Couldn't workout how to switch off gps in the settings but I have a switching widget on my desktop specifically for that anyway.
I might have to ditch my Met Office app in favor of this.
