Root OC Stability

I've had my phone OC'd to 768Mhz for a while and decided to clock down to 729... I found that it was actually LESS stable than 768. Any ideas why? I went back to 768 and its stable again.

I've been playing around with settings and noticed that 768 is more stable than 744 on my phone too. Are you using the same governor for each?

All depends on the build quality of the CPU and what other settings you have set. Too many variables.

I have also found the the class of the sdcard can change this, on a class 2 card I could not OC at all I now have a class 6 and am one step under 800.
