Help Odd Wallpaper Issue - "Pixelating"

My wife and I both have an EVO and hers does something very odd. After loading a wallpaper for a few days it starts to pixelate. We have tried several methods of setting the WP including the in-phone app, and aftermarket options as well as camera shots and downloaded pics.

No matter what we do within about a week or 2 it starts pixelating and looking terrible. Update it and it's fine.

Has anyone heard of this?

that is unusual. i never heard of that. have you tried to do a factory reset? or maybe reboot your phone.

Reboot yes. Haven't done the factory reset as I need to back up all the pics and what not... Just haven't had time to mess with that.
