Root ODIN Root?

I just tried to do the root that is up now and it didn't work.. Same thing happened with my Samsung Galaxy Prevail when I got it.. Tried to root that phone like seven times haha. Went through right away once I used ODIN. So.. Find me an ODIN root for the LG Marquee? :) haha
 
You need a kdz. file to be able to do something similar to ODIN. But to my knowledge there nothing available for the lg marquee for boost mobile.
 
odin is ONLY for samsung! KDZ file is for lg. At the moment there nothing to go back to stock with for boost mobile version of marquee

Odd.. I used that same LG Esteem OneClick Root and it took less than 5 minutes. I recommend using the drivers for the marquee that you can download from LG themselves. Not sure if he mentions in the video but, make sure you enable debugging mode under: Settings>Applications>Development>Debugging Mode.
And make sure you do not chose Charge only for usb connection.
If that does not work then I personally do not know..

I have the right drivers and enabled debugging.. He said to do charge only in the video.. Maybe that's what went wrong?

I am sorry that is correct I mistyped there. Yes it is charge only.. If you followed the video and it did not work i am not sure what is going wrong and maybe someone else will know..
