Why have you created a new thread? The old HTC Desire HD UK release thread hasn't been removed. All that happened was you were warned by a mod over your behaviour. Just act like a grown up and move on. We don't need numerous threads on the same subject.

It was removed at time of creating thread in which it has since been restored.

Rumour mill keeps going, someone over on facebook says he went to T-Mobile and they said they will have it by the 14th, I don't see this happening to be honest

Well Mobile Phones Direct have advised there will be delays and they will aim to ship end of October. Basically what we already knew;

Code:
"
PLEASE ALLOW 17 DAYS FOR
FREE CITYLINK DELIVERY

We are an HTC ultimate partner - HTC have advised of delays due to Android OS testing. Limited stock is expected end Oct and we will supply Desire HD on a first ordered first delivered basis. Order Now and receive a Free 8GB memory card.

The fact that they are saying you get a free 8GB card is amusing because HTC bundle it in anyway!.

I can see now that waiting for someone to get it in a store is going to cause me problems. If someone apart from Vodafone could start letting me pre-order on their websites I would

So I take it you are wanting to go through official channels?

UPDATE: Post updated to include Sim Only deals for users buying Sim Free :)

Well according to a T-Mobile UK online rep, we get a 3GB usage limit and the phone is out today..I don't believe that, but take what you will, E.Chat screen below

Thanks for the updates.

Something tells me I won't be seeing this baby until Nov. I ordered it from Amazon so it will be a while.

I'm in no rush for it but ideally I would like it before November 4th as I fly out on this date.

NOTE: updated post to show proof of Orange UK will be supplying Desire HD at some point

But who/what is Dabs.com? Never heard of them. Are they UK-based? Are they reliable and trustworthy?

Shame they'll only be getting 5 handsets due in the next 3/4 weeks.

Not to mention you may even get some cashback with them which will drill the price down cheaper.

You not heard of Dabs.com ..really?...they are a really big company..owned by BT funny enough very reliable too.

Updated main post with info

Well the Android App Market is still playing catch-up with the Apple App Store so imagine how far behind WP7 is gonna be with apps.

That's the main thing that puts me off it anyway.
