this is the official wallpaper thread for the DROID! post Hi-Res pics of what ever you want!


post pics that you made or found that fits the Droids resolution 960x854 PLEASE DON'T POST PICS IF THERE NOT THE RESOLUTION OF THE DROIDS SCREEN AND/OR HIGH QUALITY!

i tried that and didnt work..after id o that do i have to disconnect the phone from the usb to see them cause after i did it i was checking for it while sitll connected

ya i have that app, but those aren't original. lets see some that other people made that we HAVENT seen yet (that arent on there) there is some good one on there tho lol :rolleyes:
 
that was the problem i couldnt look at it on the phone while still connected via usb or it wouldnt show up i just disconnected and its there

YES disconnect the phone and it should say Preparing SD Card on the notification bar and your pics well come up in the "gallery" icon

Who says my original doesn't fit the guidelines there smart guy. That's me on that bike and I own the original....not giving the full res one to the web for free that I paid for...sorry.

lol well than DONT post it! the whole point of this thread is for people that want wallpapers for there droid. and they have to fit the screen EXACTLY so the pic well be as clear as it can be :D... get it??

Did you fall off and hit your head without a helmet? That's the only way your lack of reading comprehension could possibly be explained :rolleyes:
 
I'm personally using one of the ones that came with it, the black with the blue intertwined lines, almost looks like a 3D DNA strand. I think it looks great!

the proper resolution is 960x854, i already said that in the 1st post. if someone post somthing smaller than that, than it wouldnt be clear and it would defeat the whole person of having this nice huge screen. so therefor please make the pics 960x854 if your going to post on this thread. theres been so much discussion about other stuff that there has only been about 3 pics posted already. thats what this thread it all about (just pics) so lets stop talking about things and post some hi res pics!

Don't really know about the resolutions, but something that I do that I really like is use Locale to set wallpapers throughout the day...

For instance, right now I have a kind of "time of the day" cycle going, so at night its clouds and the moon after 9pm until 9am, then sunrise till 12, then whatever day wallpapers I want, then 5-6 sunset, then 6-9 some nice nighttime city shots, or other things like that, then back to clouds and moon! It's really nice, helps me mix it up and never feel bored!
 
these are the wallpapers I am currently using...it changes every 15 minutes or so...I already resized them to fit 960x854 (DROID)...:D

forgive me...I don't know how to attach photos...
