Take it however you want it, these are words from a Radioshack employee. Don't know how knowledgeable they are. Cost on contract $200. Release early June (looking like the 6th). No changes to Sprint plans meaning no additional cost for 4G.

too bad there's no proof of release date, no proof of price, and no proof of no plan changes. it's all verbal words. not on hard copy

"Adobe Flash technology ensures rich internet content like embedded video and animation are seen how they're meant to be seen."

Does this mean the EVO will be released with flash? Why else would they put this on a sales sheet.

I agree, that's why I say take it however you want. This is not solid proof.
