Hmm.. i wonder if it was the same guy who had it up 2 days ago and said it was promised 2 - 3 weeks before anyone else. it was taken down. If its the same guy he didn't state it was going to be earlier than anyone else.. if you notice and he doesn't have the phone yet..

Yeah, people do this all the time.

List on eBay, and "guarantee" someone a phone that they get on launch day so the person doesn't have to worry about finding one or whatever.

This was nutzo when the iPhone/3G came out.

too bad there's no proof of release date, no proof of price, and no proof of no plan changes. it's all verbal words. not on hard copy

btw, i hope this get's merges when that thread reopens. it shold be part of it
 
Something else I noticed reading through the fliers:

"Adobe Flash technology ensures rich internet content like embedded video and animation are seen how they're meant to be seen."

Does this mean the EVO will be released with flash? Why else would they put this on a sales sheet.

I agree, that's why I say take it however you want. This is not solid proof.

I was originally going to post it in the official EVO thread but saw it was closed (again) so I made this one.
