i'm a member of both sites but i never bother to check the andriod section. HAHAYep - XDA-Developers & PPCGeeks are your friends.

that i know... of course there's nothing yetROMs are device specific so as of right now there is one working ROM, the one the ships with it.![]()
You'll see many ROMs come out when the device is released.

IDK if anyone else noticed this, but the first post from Bluescreen in his recent return to the thread included this name. After a quick google search for "Andy Grove Intel" this is what I found: Intel Executive Bio -- Andrew S. Grove. So he is either really correct or really full of crap. I for one am leaning towards him being for real.

I don't know who wrote that but I believe it is definitely NOT Andy Grove. He spelled Moore's Law wrong for one thing in that post; as a founding member of Intel, I suspect this would not happen. Look at the grammar as well. The real Andy Grove has published many books and is an accomplished writer. I've heard him speak several times.
I don't know who that person is, but I think he/she may have taken it a bit too far.
So, if you will get a ota update on the same day as you buy the phone.
Someone has to be wrong?

That has to mean that the phones are boxed and shipped?
If they are not boxed and shipped then why not update, box, and ship?
Bluescreen says it is 2.2, if I remember right?
This gets more and more confusing by the min. Someone has to be wrong?
Does anybody have any google voice invites left? I would appreciate it if some could give me one.

What's weird is the seller seems to have a perfect and spotless feedback record. Maybe it is legit.
Seems legit, but why is it a private listing? I would think you would want it open to all so that you get more people bidding and get more money.

Maybe someone who works for a retail outlet counting on getting one early and selling it for an extra hundred bucks.
He might want to be sure he doesn't get 1000s of ridiculous or frivolous bids. Or it could be a scam.
If you use PayPal, you're safe anyways.
