Yep - XDA-Developers & PPCGeeks are your friends.

ROMs are device specific so as of right now there is one working ROM, the one the ships with it. :D

You'll see many ROMs come out when the device is released.

that i know... of course there's nothing yet

XDA is usually the first site I load when I take a new device home. They were beta testing some custom Incredible ROMs the 2nd day the device was officially sold.

IDK if anyone else noticed this, but the first post from Bluescreen in his recent return to the thread included this name. After a quick google search for "Andy Grove Intel" this is what I found: Intel Executive Bio -- Andrew S. Grove . So he is either really correct or really full of crap. I for one am leaning towards him being for real.

I don't know who wrote that but I believe it is definitely NOT Andy Grove. He spelled Moore's Law wrong for one thing in that post; as a founding member of Intel, I suspect this would not happen. Look at the grammar as well. The real Andy Grove has published many books and is an accomplished writer. I've heard him speak several times.

I don't know who that person is, but I think he/she may have taken it a bit too far.

I'm not saying you are wrong or right bit certainly an editor would be correcting his grammar and spelling in any book he published. This of course would not apply to our forum unfortunately for us.

So, if you will get a ota update on the same day as you buy the phone.

That has to mean that the phones are boxed and shipped?

If they are not boxed and shipped then why not update, box, and ship?

Bluescreen says it is 2.2, if I remember right?

This gets more and more confusing by the min. Someone has to be wrong?

Who knows. It's just a waiting game at this point. By this time next month, we'll all hopefully be holding our phones and talking about customizing.

Maximum, we're looking at 5 weeks, people! It's really not that long.

from a few pages back.... I checked on it again... now up to 700 bucks! holy crap... I don't think I could ever bid on something that "might" be...

What's weird is the seller seems to have a perfect and spotless feedback record. Maybe it is legit.

I wonder what is ebay guy knows...he ends the auction on May 11th, a day before the supposed release day auction... I know June 6 seems to have been confirmed, but maybe its going out before may 31st and he wants to sell it really high before the announcement when people realize they can get it by the 31st themselves

Seems legit, but why is it a private listing? I would think you would want it open to all so that you get more people bidding and get more money.

He might want to be sure he doesn't get 1000s of ridiculous or frivolous bids. Or it could be a scam.
