Also I got my 16gb microsd card from ebay for $25(YES 25 DOLLARS) and right now i'm transfering my totally legal mass effect 2 folder over(14.3gb) to see if it's legit(unless i swallow it) and if it is i'll post a link to the seller

Except for the same shitty interface cluttered with Icons. I laughed my ass off when they said they had wallpapers. Yea but you can not see them. with the mountain of crap icons everywhere. No widgets not as custom as android. I love the look of Android, Iphone not so much.

So this isn't meant as a string-along thing but i simply don't know...i have several people chasing what they can and they report in when they have something. I trust them all and some don't even have an account on this forum. You'll know when i know but i don't expect anything major any time soon... I'll comb through everything i have to make sure there isn't some nugget i've missed.
 
I don't think we'll see Android 3.0 this year unless it's toward the end of the year if we are to believe Miami from the NexusOne forums. I think Froyo will be either 2.2 or 2.5.

I guess you could say that...I went from using a Touch Pro 2 to Moto Droid, so other than using a little dated version of Sense, I've got all the "training" I'll need.

Will the 30$ data plan make it so that everyone on the plan has data? Instead of having to buy multiple data plans for each smartphone-using-line?

Sadly multiple data plans are required- one for each smartphone user- this is where VZW stick it to ya big time
