My understanding was Eris was EOL and they're just selling of surplus stock. Maybe they're taking it down.

The Devour sucks, that's why it didn't get the DROID name. IMO.
I think it's because the Devour has motoBLUR and motoBLUR makes me vomit. They don't want to spoil the DROID name with something that makes people vomit. That would do bad things, especially since theyr'e putting SO MUCH MONEY into the DROID advertising.

/sigh Because it wasn't password protected earlier. That was just added recently.

I think the user name and password was put up because they did not know that everyone on the outside could view that page. For our own Intranet at Amazon, we have the same setup for user name and password on certain pages to block out the public. I still think this is a good sign.

Be at least a little proactive. You can read the manual and answer this one for yourself. Look at p. 17!
Nobody is getting them anymore. They weren't up for long. But I still have mine up
I can't bring myself to refresh it and lose that page!

damn, can not even finish reading a page before 3 or 4 more show up.. Will be glab when this phone comes out to replace my eris. Also the eris may be eol, but the omnia has been eol for a while and vzw just put out an update for it. so eris owners really shouldnt worry getting updates for their phones.

1. Light Notification (new mail etc.)This is someone else's pic, I just messed with the levels. Why would there be three proximity/light sensors?
2. Ambient Light sensor (dims, brightens the screen according to enviorment)
3. Proximity sensor (turns off screen to keep your cheek from ending the call prematurely)

Don't think so - if you look closely (towards the bottom of the profile view), you can see that it is still there (a little ridge).
Put your glasses back on! lol there are "steps" at the top of the device as well as at the bottom.
- Status
