IMO this was on purpose and it is gone now because you've picked up the scent. More HTC/Droid Incredible blogs written, more internet buzz, more desire for new information. They're playing us all and it's working.

The price will be the same $199 for signing a new 2 yr contract and if you have your NE2 it would be another -50 to 100 dollars off.

If you order the phone online you can charge it on your bill.
 
I am a bit nervous that I put in my real name and real VZW phone numer into thatpage that is now protected.....they now have a list of people to red flag......or on the other hand the have a list of people to leak info to on future phone they want free press on.......lol (sort of...)

Competition is only valuable when the competition has something of value to compete against. If you (ATT) are selling sticks for $5 and I'm (Verizon) selling M41 Pulse Rifles for $6 there really isn't competition.
 
People —*don't worry if you gave them your email or didn't give them your email. The site just opens the same email box that the regular Verizon website gives you if you go to the normal VZW site. Deep breathe, people! Plus, those emails are too slow for this crowd. I got an email about the Palm Pre Plus two days after it was for sale. There's nothing special about the list on the Droid Incredible page that is now behind a password.

Ah but if there was no AT&T then everybody would have M41s and you wouldn't have the upper hand on those who actually chose the stick :)

Whats to be nervous about? The site was public. I didn't hack anything. It asked me for MY information for upcoming phone announcements. I'm pretty sure that you can still go to that page for verizon and enter your email. Remember it took you away from the "stages" page to fill in your info.:cool:
