Exactly. Remember, a few days ago Montanaman confirmed that the HTC site he had access to (www.htcsecret.com, I believe) listed the Eris as going EOL. If the source for the berryscoop article is legit, the Incredible is probably slated for release some time in April- hopefully early April.

EDIT: Oh, and on a side note FWIW, I emailed VZW asking about the N1 and Incredible a few weeks ago, and got a similar response to everyone else who has done so (no comment about future phones, testing several phones, etc.). Last Friday, I emailed again, but was very specific about the Incredible (including model number and description as seen in screen cap, as well as FCC ID). The web site said I'd get a response within 24 hours, and to date I've heard nothing back. Probably nothing (since we have established that CSR's don't know anything about future phones), but maybe a little too close to the truth and the rep was instructed NOT to reply with anything.

So if that's the case, it's possible that the rumor mill, no wait, Rumor Wheel has once again come full circle.

How can it be both the VZW NI and replace the Eris? That means either they are going to distance themselves from the actual NI possibly. Also maybe a new HIGH end phone is around the corner sooner then expected?(June)

I agree. I tried to look for it, but there's no way I'm going through 84 pages of posts. I'm pretty sure one of the other members did send that email, and I do think that a change in policy (officially acknowledging the Incredible) may very well mean that launch is not too far off.

True. Plus when you send them an e-mail and they see how much info. you already know why should they deny it? Or be like, I know nothing. She probably realized I know just as much if not more than her lol

I think she could probably tell I wasn't just some herb trying to waste her time (I was a somewhat "in the know", <thanks to you guys,> herb trying to waste her time ;))

I think the April 1 is more of a date when the Eris will become discontinued. I think that is the rumor the general consensus believes. I don't think the Incredible will be launched on that date, but somewhere near that date. That's what another member said earlier.

The N1 may not (probably won't) be sold in store. Okay. I don't get the Incredible part.. No Incredible phone? The quotes you just posted dispell what you just said. I am failing to follow...
