First time poster. I have been reading and following this forum for a month or two now. On a daily basis. I cannot wait for this phone. I actually learned what "F5" did by reading this thread. And now I press it constantly! I have a Blackberry Storm 1 and I am so sick of it. I lied to myself by saying I loved it, but I am at the breaking point. I always wanted an iPhone, but now that I am hooked on this phone, and with the rumors of a Verizon iPhone on the horizon I was torn, but I'm sticking with the Incredible. Thanks for all of your information thus far!

Welcome! You and i are in much the same boat! Never really knew how bad it REALLY was till I got addicted to this thread and tried to keep up on my Storm when i was at work!
 
looking at that inventory / warehouse screen pic again.
this tab makes absolutely NO sense: Dask Details

can't find any relevence linking DASK to warehouse/inventory/shipping/whatever.

I think this pic is complete FAIL.

Welcome! Here's my feeling... I don't think apple (iPhone) could be capable of what the android platform can do because of the nature of Android's being open. True that apple has more apps, as of this posting, but it is growing daily, significantly. Furthermore the specs of the incredible blow the iPhone away, bigtime.

I only use it to check the forum when I'm in the car! It's pretty useless

Nope, just making sure you're familiar with all the disclaimers about how the thread can, and will, go off-topic at times, is a "water cooler", yatta yatta...

I was VERY close to closing the thread earlier when the villagers were getting restless.

No offense, but because you cant find what one term means doesnt necessarily mean its bogus. It could after all be an abbreviation for something.

Oh yeah not a problem! Things were getting intense, I decided to let things cool down before joining haha
