That is probably a function of how well publicized the phone is on TV and other non-web media before the first sales day.

Try downloading again. I just downloaded it and it opened and displayed just fine.

I have the ability to use NE2 but I don't because none of the Verizon plans compare to my Alltel plan, I just keep paying full price for my new devices, and I'm fine with that. I'll cost about $559-$599 more than likely without contract.

I'm glad you mentioned this...and before this gets completely out of hand...let me assure EVERYONE that this phone 100% absolutely has the 8 GB in internal memory. I have other, more authoritative, documentation that states this so please lets not run away with this one detail for pages...it's there!

It looks like HTC sort of phones it in on the manuals, i think that the majority is an android with sense for dummies manual with the basic layout of the specific phone at the beginning, and the specs at the end. the individual sections like using the camera interface are not phone specific at all, it has no mention of the specific resolution options at all. if the memory is mountable like an sd card they may not have felt they needed to update the manual to have people understand how to use it.

I thought the Sense UI would have some drastic changes from Android 1.5 on the Droid Eris I returned, but not that drastic. But 2.1 and better hardware specs! I'm not complaining

I'm ready for an upgrade(not new every 2) and was thinking about going to get the droid just to get accustomed to the android OS.. so my question is, I do have 30 days to return the droid right and get the Incredible right?
