I've been waiting since i got my phone for ics still waiting patiently though............... AAAhhhh I need it now .. umm yea patiently I am most satisfied with the improved battery life in the razr this will definetly be beneficial. west coast still wait for Ics peace for now losers ;)
 
There have been other sources saying ICS will be available to everyone starting tomorrow. The tweet is legit it would seem like.
 
I dont think it really makes a difference if you do a factory reset or not for the OTA update. It might make it work better, in a shorter period of time. Seems the people that dont reset before the install have laggy-ness but for a shorrt amount of time, or power on/off cycles. TO ADD.....I dont have ICS yet, because Verizon clearly hates me, so Im just going off what I read on here regarding similar instances.
 
Ok so I'm new to all this ICS stuff. My Razr is running on version 2.3.6. I hear a lot of stuff about ICS. What is going to make it so much better than the version I have now? Forgive if it sounds like a stupid question **I'm sure everyone's going OMG did he just ask that** But honestly I'm new to all this and I really don't know. i've been reading this stuff and it's like some of it just goes right over my head! I don't even know when it is supposed to come to my phone. Just checked a few moments ago and it said that "my system is up to date". But having said all that where would be a good starting point on educating myself on all this stuff you guys talk about so I won't be like "what does all this mean"? :P thanks!

It's going to be like having a whole new phone. It's a major software upgrade from and old version, to the newest one as of right now.
