I wanted to get the 6 setup before i added the 360, so i let the 360 sit in the box until Monday, much to the wife's chagrin. It is her xmas gift to me and she wanted to see it. ;) Been rockin' it for two days and other than my boss calling me Dick Tracy and Batman  i'm likin' it.

I'm still not anywhere near comfortable with lollipop or the 6 or the 360 (or Xenforo) Why does it all hit at once?

Ooooh, that's $12.50 less than i paid for it! ;)

Do they have all the models? (black or gray leather bands, black or silver bracelets?)

And mine arrived. A bit late in the day but it beats waiting thru Thanksgiving.

Super excited to set it up, trim down my micro sim, and see if this works.

Edit: Sprint Nexus 6 up and running with AT&T without any issues. Loving this phone right now. Excellent build quality and feel. Nice and heavy. Fits my hand great and I'm only 5'10, but have fat fingers.

I highly recommend anyone considering the AT&T version try and go through any other source first, such as Sprint. Show them we don't appreciate them tainting such a beautiful phone or locking it down.

Congratulations :)

During activation what if any bloatware was pushed to the N6 from AT&T ?

Enjoy your new Nexus

Mine was supposed to ship today. Google play shows it will ship Nov 26. After being on hold for a long time, I got to speak with a shipping specialist in the USA. He said it already left the warehouse but it might not show up with a tracking number until late tomorrow or Friday morning but that it will arrive Friday. I'm trying to keep the faith.

I have a tracking number. Yes! I should have the N6 on Friday morning if thanksgiving doesn't wreak havoc with U.P.S.. I'm relieved that I'll have it for my business trip to Nashville on Monday. White 64g coming my way.

The bloatware was indeed pushed because I did the setup with my sim card installed but it downloaded slow enough that I could cancel out three of the four downloads. The one that did download was easily uninstalled.

Well, as the time of this writing...
32gb nexus 5 midnight blue "leaves warehouse in 2-3 weeks"

Needless to say, I did not attempt.

White 64G in hand. The Spigan slim barely adds any thickness. I'll post about that in the accessory thread. Tap and go didn't transfer my text messages. In fact, "Messenger" is the default text message app. I'm not sure I like that. I'll give it a try.

Messenger rocks. I disabled the Samsung sms app on my note 4 and installed messenger.

Since I am still up in the air about this thing, and the device is still in limbo, I do have a couple questions...

If I was to order from the play store, when I did finally get the device, when I insert my (now cut down) sim card from my Nexus 5 into it (on AT&T) will doing so automatically lock the device to AT&T and download bloat?

Or is this only if I buy from a carrier?

I am still pondering the note 4, possibly the verizon dev edition, but not sure if I want to mess around with a windows PC, drivers, samsungs software and other headaches previous sammy devices have gave me over the past couple years.

I can't say about the Sim lock, but if you do the power on initial setup without the Sim card, it won't download the carrier bloat.

My phone came with my activated T-Mobile Sim installed already. The box was still factory sealed, too. First thing I did before powering it on was to eject the Sim and no T-Mobile stuff downloaded after boot.

If you buy from the play store, it will be unlocked and stay unlocked (carrier wise, you still have to unlock the bootloader) As far as the "bloat" ... four apps, easily uninstalled. Hardly bloat, just a minor annoyance. I'm not even sure if the non-branded devices will download them, but either way, it's no biggie.

From what I've read the phone will download the apps if the AT&T SIM is inserted on the first boot. Doing it without a SIM and using wifi on first setup should prevent that.

Yup, buying from anywhere besides AT&T will get you a fully unlocked Nex6 and it will stay that way. Mine is a Sprint Nex6 with an AT&T sim. Still unlocked.

Bloat will download if you set it up with the AT&T sim in, as mentioned. It's easy to remove though. I only had one download before I was able to stop them altogether.
