Not really for me ... my only problem with the Infuse (4.5") is that the phone is too thin and makes it difficult to grip. I put a cheap TPU case on it and it's fine.

When I pick up my wife's iPhone it's like so tiny and really isn't that much (physically) smaller than the Infuse when you put them together. I am 6' with pretty large hands. I would guess if you're a petite 5'3" with small hands 4.5" would be difficult. 4.5" screen that is.
 
Looks like AT&T keeps pushing both Thrill, SGS2 back over and over. I'm not sure what makes them to do so. Phone must be pretty much ready to go.
 
Ok, so it's now August 28th at 9:11 a.m. EDT. Despite all of the information to the contrary, are any of you optimistic, hopeful, desperate, in denial, obsessive compulsive types planning to visit your AT&T store, just in case the rumor of a soft release today of the ATTAIN has the slightest merit?

If so, maybe I'll see you there ;)
 
LOL. I would love to have it today, Not for $600 dollars either, but it's not going to happen. They have to announce it "Officially" first right?

There were more than one across the country that had it for $20...I have seen it posted elsewhere....though I know I speak for him and everyone else when I say sorry it didn't work out for you but geeze...

Makes sense...that is most likely why Verizon passed....but what do you guys think...

I don't think ATT is going to release the LTE version RIGHT AFTER releasing the version we all know about.

This is going to make for a tough decision...HTC's Holiday or Galaxy s2 LTE :(

I find myself missing my HTC every single day I use my Infuse


yoyo..check Target and radio shack...when I bought my Infuse I had best buy match the Target price of $49...worth checking to see if they are still doing it/doing it again. Sams club is worth checking as well...at one point they were doing a sale price too

You might also try calling places rather than driving from place to place...it saves from wasting time :p

Yeah, I remember that Target deal it was a one week thing and then cancelled early due to stock. I've asked a few places and none will price match a past sale. Also, I tried calling Costco but apparently it's their policy to not provide prices over the phone.

I wouldn't get your hopes up, there are pictures already out showing the phones and unfortunately for you and myself they are the standard four button layout.

I went to an AT&T store today to play with 4.3" and 4.5" phones. I wanted to make sure I would be good with the 4.3" Attain screen when it does arrive. I was even OK with the 4.5". The super AMOLED Plus screen on the Infuse I looked at was gorgeous.

I did the replacement option on my iPhone 4 on Saturday so I am not crazy anxious anymore about the attain coming out. I still am looking forward to it though. < 2 days until we get some official information about it!!
