Compchick, I just tried what you said and it said this order has been received and activated. So it must be from when I got my Dinc?? I will try again in a little while! LOL
 
Would be jacked up if people that are getting a pre-order get their phone in the mail and it's a Thunderbolt....

Yep, that's the same thing I was getting last night, then when I tried today it sent the text.

I realized that it might be Ontario, California since I think FedEx lists the full country name instead of "CA". I'm hoping that since that would probably make it more likely to come tomorrow.

Yes, that IS it! That explains the time difference of 3 hours. (It said it was "picked up" at 3:56. considering I didn't order it till almost 4:30 that would be kind of hard! It's an awesome phone and hopefully lightening fast...but I don't think it is that fast! LOL
 
YES. I made the cutoff and I got my shipping notification. Looks like I will be playing with my new phone on Friday! Now if only my iMac would ship too (order iMac and Tbolt Display and still waiting on the iMac).

EDIT: Oh and my iMac just shipped. Looks like Friday will be a fun day.
 
Now someone call and try to place an order for that quad-core phone....and the post in here that you had to be "persistent"....ADR6455 is the model #!!

I received my shipment email. Will be here tomorrow by 3.

I will let you all know that are still deciding what phone to get what I think about the Rezound, I'll give you my unbiased opinion.

If anyone gets it early could you please post about the wireless charging capabilities out of the box? Really curious if you need to buy a special back plate.

Well ain't this a b*tch, 8 tries and no luck yet. Tried making them use ADR6425, and nada. Maybe this is a sign to just wait till next year for the quad core phones.:mad:





Edit: Two more tries, two more failures, I'm done. I'll just wait for the reviews I guess. The last guy was even snarky with me "Even though I wasn't able to order this brand new phone that isn't available yet, is there anything else I can help you with?" Nothing like kicking a man when he's down.

I bet they flagged your account and each Sales rep that gets your call is screaming out, "NOW I'VE GOT HIM!" and at this point are just messing with you.....;)


I think the fact that I can't get it right now is going to be a good thing for me at this point. As much as I'd like to get the phone early and show it off on here, I'm thinking this will let me make sure I'm not jumping from my last HTC mistake into another one. I'll be looking at all the threads for battery life, light leakage (not a big thing for me on the Thunderbolt but it did seem like an Engineering oversight), camera quality, direct sunlight performance, and other details, that while they didn't make me want to outright return the phone, didn't speak well for HTC's engineering of the phone.
 
So If you ordered it and over-nighted it, it should be in today? I see most posts saying Friday..of course I might be reading everything too fast since the excitement bug has taken over my body...could I attempt an order today and have it overnighted for tomorrow?
Assuming also they don't do Saturday delivery?
