People on another site are mentioning their Sprint credit is gone.. I still reflect a negative on my bill. Anyone still have credit or who had credit, did it disappear??

Excellent!
Since Hesse was voted back in yesterday, maybe he has time now to comment on this debacle.
PS - tell Mz. Skid71, many thanks from the gang here!![]()
Rooted ROM... this says nothing as to whether there is an actual root-exploit yet right? I'm not sure if I'm following here.Oftah!, go to sleep for a bit and the news just keep on coming! Looks like support for LTEVO is well and good in Dev circles even before LTEVO is launched. Poo on you Apple.!
Stock rooted 1.12.651.2-based ROM for the HTC EVO 4G LTE released before the phone

HAven't seen this posted yet it is from Sprint Insider. He has been pretty spot on for as long as I have followed him.
"There is a PRELIMINARY new launch date for the HTC EVO 4G LTE of 5/23
Can you tell us what station and when the report aired please or post a clip of the report
Nothing in the discussions about the ruling though say anything about the impact on our phones -- it's a separate-ish matter. Our current beef is with the ITC/Customs, and not at the District Court of Delaware level (from what I've seen).Well, they're packed and ready to go, and HTC/Apple had court this morning, apparently (Federal Court orders Apple & HTC to Settlement Talks on 8/28/12 Inside Sprint Now). I've got my fingers crossed for them to come in either tomorrow or Sat.
Did I read it wrong or does that UPS have a customs hub in it's facility. Theoretically customers who ordered through Sprint could still see their phones tomorrow if this got cleared up this morning. Since there would be no delay in getting them to the shipping facility since they should be there.
Most large shipping facilities have a dedicated customs section fenced off and guarded by US officials. With the news that preorders are packed and waiting for approval it is assumed that the phones are in Kentucky and ready to roll. I was in the Air Force and if we had bags held up in customs we were allowed access to it just not allowed to remove it from the customs zone.
My guess is workers have been prepping pre-orders all week and it should be less than a day once approval is given to get them all shipped.
EDIT: I have no proof of this pure speculation based off a limited knowledge of how customs work.
